In accordance with the Article 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR), we inform you that your personal data, freely provided by you, will be processed by EGOI with the sole purpose of subscribing you, as you requested, to our automated newsletter with information on the latest news and other advertising and/or promotional material invites to events, congresses and other scientific, regulatory update activities, etc.

Processing of the personal data given by you (e-mail address) is necessary to access our newsletter service and, therefore, this personal data will be stored by Data Controller only for the time period the newsletter service is active. We would like to remind you that you will always have the possibility to request the cancellation of your registration to the newsletter service throught the link included in each e-mail. The personal data will be processed exclusively by the staff and the collaborators of the Data Controller or by the companies specifically appointed as data processors (e.g. for requirements related to the proper provision of the service).

In any case, the personal data will not be disclosed or transferred to third countries (meaning countries outside the EU or the European Economic Area). Otherwise, the Data Controller will adopt the necessary measures according to Chapter V of the GDPR.

Finally, we would like to remind you that, pursuant to Articles 15 et seq. of the GDPR, you have the right to exercise the access right; right to rectification, modification and cancellation of personal data or the right of restriction of 6 the processing of the former; Right to object the processing; right to withdraw the consent: right to send a complaint to the competent Supervisory Authority (Garante).
